Greenway Park Hotel is located in the historical town of Obninsk, by the public park area. It is a 10 minutes drive from the center of town. The building was constructed in the 1950s. It is a perfect example of Neoclassicism. The tenement building, where the Greenway Park Hotel is now situated, was renovated in 2005 and the Hotel opened its doors to guests of Obninsk in that year.

Greenway Park Hotel is a unique place with a cozy homelike atmosphere. The concept of the Hotel is «to be a home far away from home». We can offer our guests the most comfortable options for their stay. In such a quiet and intimate environment, it is possible to work productively using Wi-Fi, or to carry out business negotiations in our perfectly equipped conference hall for 30 seats. After a long day, sit back and enjoy refined dishes in our restaurant. We have on display, a large collection of Russian and foreign paintings, which belonged to the well-known physician, Fnatoliy Tsyb.

STANDARD ROOM  

An ideal choice for a business trip and leisure stay. One or two guests may be accomodated in this room on a double bed of a King Size or 2 twin beds. An average room space is 15–17 sqm.

 The Hotel has 2 Junior Suits. Comfort and convenience are in a single package. The room has a seating area. An average room space is 17–19 sqm.

 These are elegant rooms executed in a classical stile, with smart furniture and a refined design which create a fine mood, both for work and rest. The room has a seating area. An average room space is 26 sqm.

Strict classical style. Maximum capacity: 30 seats. Area: 34 sqm.

Cost or rent of a conference room:

A restaurant has 45 seats. With a refined interiors of our restaurant, it is possible to take great pleasure in dishes of an European and Russian cuisine. The warm atmosphere creates an ideal place for carrying out a business meeting, and to end the working day.

Open: daily from 07:00 till 10:00 and  The restaurant serves a Buffet Brekfast with a wide choice of dishes.
